OBJECTIVE
For a position as an Operations Metallurgist and Process Supervisor in a Company that will benefit from my knowledge in the processing and recovery of metals such as Copper, Cobalt, Lead, Zinc and other base metals, using Mineral processing and Hydrometallurgical processes with emphasis on the quality of mineral concentrate and metal products.

A Qualified Process Engineer in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing with a strong and obvious passion for metal recovery. I also have an in-depth understanding of what the field of Metallurgy is truly about. I am self-motivated, a team player, dynamic, positive, easy to get along with and hungry for success. Able to adapt to changes easily, driven by challenges and fearless of pressure. Over my professional years I have acquired excellent leadership skills and developed good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly conversant in Microsoft excel & power point applications. Skills in PRONTO & data base management. Knowledgeable in the use of incident investigation tools such as ICAM.
SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
More than fifteen years professional experience as an Operations/Process Metallurgist with expertise in copper metal recovery using Leaching, Solvent extraction and Electrowinning processes. Also, highly proficient in copper concentrate recovery via SAG mill and flotation processes. Major mines worked for include Kansanshi Mine under First Quantum minerals, Konkola Copper Mines and Mopani Copper Mines.
