Digital Finance Manager (m/f/d)

2 year contract (possibility to extend) - full-time position - Lusaka, Zambia


Tasks amp; Responsibilities

AB Bank is a member of the Access Holding network and recently launched its own mobile wallet eTumba. As a Digital Finance Manager, you will drive our digital journey and the roll-out of eTumba nationwide.

As a Digital Finance Manager you will:

  • Oversee the nationwide roll-out of eTumba with a focus on managing sales activities and building up partnerships
  • Coordinate all marketing activities and initiate new campaigns and promotions using ATL, BTL campaigns, online, media, outdoor and print channels
  • Define the value proposition, customer journey, monetization strategies, drive roll-out and expansion of new products and features of the mobile wallet
  • Develop and manage the yearly budgets and operational KPIs and provide status reports to the Bank’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors
  • Prepare and update product policies, procedures, workflows and train staff to improving the customer journey

The skills and experience you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales, outreach and product management in a neobank, mobile network operator or FinTech company
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics or in a related field
  • Proven track record in selling digital financial products or services to the urban and rural mass market and experience in building up and managing strategic B2B, B2C and G2P partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in launching digital financial products with clear metrics and impact, and delivering state of the art digital customer experiences
  • Sound experience with mobile wallets, digital loans, payment systems, middleware software: SaaS, PaaS and cloud solutions
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a team player, capable of conveying clear strategies and inspiring others
  • You work well under pressure and have excellent conflict resolution skills
